Master Skill Clarification

is the skills in the BASIC tier like conceal

are usable??

coz when i use them i have a message

higher lvl requirment

if yes can u give me a hint so i can work this out

or better yet can u give me a EDF file that i can use this skills

I heard that you can only use master skills if you have GMed all your skills (99/99 basic, 99/99 expert, etc).

in some server master skills are still unlocked but in some private servers you can already use master skills

He is talking about the changed Skillforce.edf which also works on CM Servers.
Master Skills are usually unlocked once your each 70/70/70 I ll try that and see if I can use conceal then if not I ll take a look at the .edf and see what can be done :).
