That what u have is pass and of offi server u have pass and this buff :)

Either that, or what I've come to find if you haven't already tried is, it wont show up as a buff but if you go to the HV teleporter it works fine.

Personally I find the way NCarbon put the HV Buff/Ticket in distasteful. I completely removed their method so I can not provide you support for this. You are better off taking this question to the NCarbon Forums: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
