devil ticket bugg??

hey

i bought a devils ticket today but i cant exchange it. it always sais you need 3 free slots in ur chantra bag to axchange! i treid everything deleting items but it wasn't realy logic cus my cc bag is 170/200 and i went to all event npc in all town deleted items in my inv i dont know it anymore! if some1 can help plz help me cuzz i dont want to wast 700 wc if u can help be free to post!

Open some slots in your inventory as well. Your invent is like the primary route through which all things must travell.

Try in starter village. I heart in main cities you cant exchange them.

I have tried all above and yet nothing worked.. :p I sent a direct inquiry as a volunteer told me to^^ Now let's wait. :)

Yes. I sent a direct inquiry and 3 hours later they responded with: "Dear blabla, we are very sorry for your problem and we will solve this as soon as possible."

So now I'm just waiting^^
