DD3 file hack

any1 know program for creating DD3 file ? like deakron's packs
packer manager is not working.....
i want to unpack the files edit them and pack in but packer manager possible creating fiel is 478 mb

i need program for creating dd3 file help ?

i cant find the original thread with this... but here you go... it should be clean, give it a scan to make sure

yahh thats working but when u edit more files than 1 it start creating new pack for example pack04.new
and max size of creating is 478 and pack04 i 481 : D
