Cannot Save Hosts File!!!

I get a connection error when i try to open the minilauncher.
Ive done a little research and found out that its my hosts file.
I have unticked the read-only box and applied it.
I open the hosts file and delete the 2moons related objects.
When i go to save it says:

"Cannot create the C:\windows\system32\drivers\ect\hosts file

Make sure that the path and file name are correct"

please help!

HINT:

double check to see if u really did make it readable. and also it wont work if 2moons is open ;)

if nothing happens triple check settings on files

if nothing check to see if ur actually logged in as an administrator to your PC otherwise u cannot change files in the WINDOWS folder

they are the obvious things..........apart from that i have no idea XD

i was also having the connection error earlier.. i dunno whats the cause but what i did to fix it was re install my 2moons.. took only a few mins and its working again.. i didnt touch my host file in windows/system32/drivers/etc
