How can i make 7:1 spear nuker? how much str points need? Thanks!

you make 7 lvl all stats on INT and then the 8th lvl you make the 3 stats on STR so you make this till lvl120 and you have a 7:1 spear nuker ;D
-->45 Stats set on STR (stats from 15 lvl)
-->315 Stats set on INT (stats from 105 lvl)
