[Csro] RD Shop, Need help!

I accidently clicked the wrong server I play on, and I typed my name wrong aswell (Double Fail), does this mean I can no longer buy RD in my account? and if the answer is no, I can't buy more RD. Is it required to be level 40+ to be able to buy RD? because I tried buying RD on another account level 20, it took my money, says order is complete but won't give me my RD, please help :S

If it can't find the character on the server you selected, or if it doesn't have enough gold, the process will fail, and you will be able to buy again when you get the message that it failed. Don't think you need 40+...

well I was thinking of an old character that I had and I typed its name instead of the char I actually play on, but I chose the wrong server anyways, it's been almost 2 days and it still says its in progress

You can contact the GM on the official forum, or talk with Wang from international silkroad forum.

Ya... talk to Wang he will be able to have the order cleared out of the system, long as there is a order that has not failed or finished it will not work. If you can not get a hold to wang your welcome to send me a pm on the international forum (GoldiLocks) ... and i'll do my best to get it solved for you myself.

I've never been in the forums lol, I don't know anything about csro except RD and logging in.. xD
