esro proces cant close

then after trying log in , client crashes proces still left

Then trying to close , it wont closing
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
after 3-5 times , pc starting very lagg , and need to reboot.how to close it without rebooting..
P.S. My windows 7 64-bit

Well atleast you can see the sro_client.exe in 32bits you cant

click Show processes from all users and then u can close it
