"visual" is just a compiler, you can compile C++ code in code::blocks, dev-cpp, minisomething, visual studio, or w.e., same result lol. It's just a misunderstanding that spreads through those that have no idea what this is XD Visual C and C are the same dealio.

It can make hacks but it's a programming language, it can do alot more than that. It can make a game even. NFSW is made in a programming language, everything on your comp is made from a programming language :P. so it can make a hack yes, but it's not limited to only that

use cheat engine it's the easies way to change the value and to make a pursiute loader and tank mode and cost to state and a lot of thing that u can do with it
