Editing Data.pak at EU Dekaron

Hi could it be that on dekaorn EU you can't edit anything in the data.pak ?
couse i want 2 log in and got a msg "Invalid Client version"

i only have skill hack on and no sec portal -.-

can anyone confirm that ?

i log in till character screen, then when i try to enter the game, i get the same thing ;) so my guess is yes, u cant enter with modified data.pak
