Rings and quality up

Heya.
I'm wondering.. is there rly a big difference in att and dex ring dmg.
But my question is.. if i'm full 1 sock with sdg so what ring should i use?, prolly dex. But if i use some rainys and draggys.. and if the dmg difference is quite good maybe for att ring..
About quality up in tc with dbs, the lower the max dura the better chance right? That is for low lvl items, but what if you brake the dura on high lvl item to like 10-20 maybe it will have better chance:
Ex: lvl 112 elite sdg archer coat make dura 10-20, up quality and then up the lvl to 120 ( dura should restore after uppin the lvl right ) so it would be nice.. anyway give you thoughts about this.
Was just so curious, couldn't just think about it myself only :D
Other threads didn't help on these questions about the rings. ( nothing said about the dura what i mentioned ).

attack rings ftw. the way it was explained to me is that dex rings are for slower attacking weaps like clubs and 2 handers. sacrificing a small amount of attack dmg for more attacks. i use a +8 sup sdg heavy, just as strong as most attack rings, but the monster plus makes up for my loss, and if what i have been told is true, then i get more attacks in too, as for dura, the bigger the diffrence is, the better odds u got in tc, and yes, dura restores after a succsesfull upgrade

So i was thinking the same about dex ring. But do you think it would work with an example like i made about the coat?

if you are not talking about 1hitting alienserp and 2 hitting basi, it doesn't matter what what ring you use
