Game Data Load

Ok, I edited the "cash.sdata" file, after deleting the one in memory for the "shaiya data file tool" I imported my new one, and then clicked "no" to re-encrypt the file, and "yes" to add file to the bottom of the data.sah file.

Then I rightclicked on the "data" folder in the SDFT and selected "rebuild data file"

Then i started up my client and I get this error. Am I doing something wrong?

Means something isn't encrypted/decrypted right.
Make sure nothing is double encrypted as well(I've done that a few times lol)

OK, Ill go threw it again. When I export the data saf I decrypt everything, and when I Import the files i changed, I encrypt them. Ill post what happens in a few

When you export the data file just select no for everything.
That way everything is saved the way it should be.
At least that's what I do :P

Will having an extra file in the saf/sah cause this? like a .sql file?


I'll try your way, and leave everything encrypted. Will be quite the pain making all them armor changes again :/

Just save what you changed.
Copy it over to what you extracted.
No an Sql file will not affect anything but it does cause random clutter.

Okk, I extract and say no to all decrypting. I edit the cash file to what I'd like, use the sql to update server, restart server, rebuild Data.sah, open game, and walla! it worked. Sounds like I didnt have the files encrypted the way i was doing it. so, all is well now. (lets hope items work as well as cash ;))
