Please wait before using another magic attack GAAARGH!

Well, personally, the 'Please wait before using another magic attack' thingy freaks me out :eek: I was wondering, is the client sided, or server sided, and if its client sided, can it be changed?

I'd be willing to bet that it is server sided- I don't know exactly though. Attacks are server sided and so I'm guessing this is in the Attacks category.

StrRes file in ur conquer\ini folder. line 100055. I don't think u can just delete it because it's prolly called by another file but i'm thinking you can change what it says. u prolly need to change it to "Hey bonehead, wait a few seconds"

lol...if that thing can be changed...it might be a goddamn cyclone for them...^^

You can change everything in the StRes.ini but its no use, tho.

my point was that u might be able to change "what it says", not "change whether it says it or not."

And I said you CAN change it... but its no use.
