How make +9?

Hi from Croatia!
I playing so long Elite Dekaron,and i wondering how so many peoples wearing +9 gears?
I spend like milion coppers,silvers...i goth onley +7:mad:

Please tell me is any trick how to make +9??
Is low ms importnand for succes rate(like some players tell me),my ms is allways above 500 ms!!
Maybe they use hack for +9?

I know someone posted how to make +9 items use the search button. and dude use talisman that's what im using when im upgrading +9 items.

^ The calculations are made server side based on the ratios provided in the share folder. You can't hack it unless you do some major hacking. If private servers were running on a higher action, where the Talismans rate is controlled in Itemcash.csv and can be modified, then there may be some way to trick the server.

I'm going to go ahead and tell you right now. Some dipshits on this forum (won't mention any names), will tell you it is possible. But they won't tell you how and won't provide proof they successfully did it.

To increase your argating chances, you can buy the item in the DShop, the Blacksmith's Talisman. It adds a good 18%. If they set the rate to just 1% for +9, then with the Talisman it would be nearly 20%, which is about a 1/5 chance successfully make it +9.

Also check the D-Shop, a lot of money hungry servers put +9 items in there.

Though I have also heard from Ex-Elite players that you can PM a GM or Admin and buy gear.

Everything that working from the ServerSide cant be hacked from a client PC.
There is one way: Hack there server :) .. If you already did that, just get the password from an DEV account(FROM DB) and drop all the items you need :o

Would you have believed 2 years ago that you can get yourself a GM character with a hack? Would you have believed a year ago that you can get any item you want on any p-server you want?
Well, yeah, those are kind of patched right now on most servers, but the "Server-sided, impossible, give up" line is really old, and proved wrong over and over again.
All I know is that a "+9 hack" is not out now, and you won't find it on elitepvpers or any other public forum, but you could try to experiment yourself, who knows, maybe you'll create it :p
