Connecting to ESRO HELP!

I recently started playing ESRO and now i can't log in to my account (character selection screen). It opens ESRO normaly and when i click connect it says that silkroad stopped responding:

Last time i was connected i got DC and now, i can't play. How can i solve this?

Try using the Character Position Restarter from the sro.vn homepage.

i don't think that position have something common. because i can't even choose character.

no ideas?
