Event type for drop rates?

Hi there. I looked thru many threads and found that i should type eventtype = 3 in dbo.TB_Event for increase drop rates, but it doesnt change! i still have a low % of drop...but when i set eventtype = 3 or even 4 , ammount of gold were increased. which is the right one type?
