Well, since Castor's tool can't do skills, (I think IDK have not used it), you would use ZeroSignal's tool, extract it to a CSV, and then remove them.

Removing them from the database will be useful as well, so people who know how to edit the client data don't use this small exploit to their advantage.

To remove skills from a class, simply replace the 1 with a 0 in the column associated with the class in both the database and skill.sdata and it should remove it.
