Making a private server with VPS

Hey, i want to make a private server. I have a VPS. I don't know how to do it though. All tuts i see are for home servers? How can i do this with my VPS?

Vps' work exactly the same as your home computer.

You log into them using remote desktop or your preferred management tool and then set up the source the exact same as your own computer. They look and function exactly the same.

What p4n said. Except using hamachi or something, then you use the network IP that you receive why buying a VPS.

My friend that that remote desktop works only on Windows VPS. I have CentOS Linux will the Private Server Still work??

Lol. Linux does not support c# (yes it does but not the native calls your server uses)

Normal Linux is used for webhosting.

I will go to microsoft and steal a server XD
