kbot cntrl centr help

hey guys, my CC is not shwing me online, it says custiomer offline. I have my ID corrct and pass, and my server JID is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], is that info all right? and its not letting me refresh, No clue why

kBot and kerkava is swithced OFF, please have patience for update.
Put new Server JID at your control center: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
