and try setting everything in options to lowest and full screen mode

I'm already using perfect or near perfect hacker ...
my only problem is the lag with which the hacker is too bad some mobs disappear and when I walk I come back

this is not lagg its from the speed hack ... its sth like a bug use a skill or a buff also they disappear cuz they are too fast make their speed 5.0 agen
