2 doubts

I have 2 doubts,

1º In my server i sell the Xpball exp 0% on the Shop, code 830000.
And i need know many balls a player can make in one day.

2º someone here can how to make for [GM] create itens and etc? this its for PMs only or GMs can make this too?

well about the exp balls a player can make as many as he wants every day....he can also use as many special exp balls as he wants every day..
and about the commands im almost positive only [PM]s are able to use them
