get user info...
and it stops there and says again get server list ...

make sure your sjid is set to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
if you havent set this then it wont be able to connect to the license server and keep on looping just like you said in the first post.
if it isnt fixed after that then i suggest you to wait.
