IVAN gets offline (kbotik)

this is 2 days i try to talk with ivan and other seller from kbotik. the seller team not reply any messages and not online
- is it any problem about kbot?
-is kbot selling stopped ?
-if ivan not ignore customers, why kbot?

Because he have tons of users writing him evry time you write also?Maybe there are customers who order big amount of licences... that person is verry bissy.You mus't wait.

Lol. I talked to Ivan yesterday on his reseller account. And he´s also online atm. Also Hubert and basti (Resellers) were online last days.

i am waiting 3 days.every day writing them but there is no reply. if today not reply i will send my customers payment back unfortunatel :(( ,because i dont have to lose trusts of my customers

I mean he has two skype accounts: One he uses for all normal users and the other to keep in contact with resellers and ppl he wants to talk with. This Skype Account he checks very often and this Account I mean ;-)

Then Ivan are always online then never must have resellers.
But then you will save the 5 € so you must for this wait.
