Skill Cool Down

Hey, how do i put the skill cool down for it to cool down like instantly? i've searched through the forums and nothing, may someone give me the code to do this?

I just searched for "cooldown" and the answer was withing the first results.

or use in console set game.no_skill_cooltime 1 it is same ,only u dont need compress etc... it will remove when u restart ur gameserver.exe or set game.no_skill_cooltime 0 used that :P
