spear -stamina loss

anyone know how to shoot spear(special NC pistol) without stamina loss?
saw some guys doing that

roumor its not infinty stam, its 0 rate of fire on single spear mode. Shoots just about the same as the spear on auto but does not drain anything.

it a way by turning on ur surge implant with the gun shooting i show ppl do and it does not hurt u
