[Guide]The Ultimate Solution to Prevent Blue Screen in Cabal (Vista)

After 4 days of Searching, Testing and troubleshooting,i have finally found a way for us to Eliminate Blue Screen in Cabal for Vista.

NOTE:Make sure that your workstation(PC) has all Legitimate vista drivers for all of your hardware(e.g. mouse, wireless-n adaptor, keyboard, etc.)

Here are the Steps:
1. Reinstall Cabal
2. Delete folder name "Xtrap" located @ C:\Program Files\OGPlanet\CABAL Online
3. Right Click cabal.exe
4. Select Compatibility and check "Run this Program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP(service pack2)"
5. Check "Run this Program as an administrator"
6. Select CabalMain.exe and do step 4 and 5
7. Select Apply then OK
8. Run cabal and play

Note: before running cabal after fresh install make sure to do the above fix.
that should fix the problem. xtrap should update "the right way".

i have both xp and vista and it runs just as fucking good on vista and there aint no fucking bluescreen this is just a stupid idiot guide for losers

kolox how about for XP version.. Everytime i play cabal ph my computer screen just suddenly shows a blue screen letters words etc in it and then it will restart automatically...

what is the file detected to be malfunctioned?!(files w/ .sys or .dll w/c being stated in the blue screen)

I also seem to have a problem when launching Cabal PH. There are times that when I launch it, it works fine and also times that when I launched the game from the launcher that after the GG pops up, and when the game is supposed to be running (before the black cabal logo shows up) my system restarts. I dont think this is a compatibility problem since I'm running on XP 2 and have been playing RF episode 2 all this time. I hope the Xtrap repair you posted will work. I'll try it once I get home and you'll get a thanks from me if it will work. :)

i know Cabal PH bot is out dated and a new one has been created..please check cabalrider.com or the thread in cabal hacks bot section titled cabalrider PH for further reference of the new released bot..

Actually, I am not running or have installed any bot. I have problems running cabalmain, wherein there are times when I run the game from the launcher, that my system will restart. there other times though that it works. Will the solution you posted in the first thread work for me?
