SQL on Linux

Hi

First of all, i dident know where to ask this question so i took this thred.
Will start with to say that i only understands Swedish/English so please take it in some of those language please.

Now to my question.

Im trying to setup a private server on my dedi server, but i have no idea what SQL i shuld use for Linux.

Did use a windows server before tho it dident want me to use SQL on it so did change to Linux Ubuntu.

So what SQL program shuld i use for this to work properly?

SQLite is platform independent but has not the best performance, you can use SQLite for very very small databases.

Most used on Linux is mySQL, not that powerfull and fast as Microsoft SQL, but the only really good and usefull SQL Server for Linux.
