Thanks. Is there something that can be triggered in the server files to allow the player to type his logins on the rappelz main screen and that the account gets automatically created in the database?

First you guys tell me to download AccCreator without even telling me where to put the files, nor how it works ( does it creates an account into the DB?) then you tell me to use the search, what i've done : no results, and now you are stating that the case is solved? Oh really ?

You put it in your recycle bin and click "empty" and once you open it, no, it doesn't create a database entry, it just says account created and nothing more, they can't login or anything.

serious, use that brain sir.

You put the files in your server files folder. Open it and follow the prompts.

If you can't follow that, don't bother starting a P-Server.
