Are the status on the Leon's weapon server side or client side?
I found the code to edit all the status on the leon's wpn but dont know if its server side or client side.

if the stats of the leons are client side?
then the elems and weapon stats will be on the client side!?

Both Sides, IT can be changed on Client Side and Gets the Damage and Skills. BUT you need to fool the Server. (Not Sharing method)
