need help of char creation bug

Hello guys i was wondering is there any way to fix character creation bug because my server [actually not mine im asking for help] changed server host and some hackers deleted database .. so i was wondering .. the admin said the scripts can't help .. idk how .. please comment fast :) thx alot :handsdown::handsdown::handsdown:

if you give information about which is the error you are getting while creating toons, show logs or give any kind of description, it would help us to help you on this matter...

okay .. when i log into the acc .. and i want to make new character it says "name already in use" but it always says that .. i mean u can't create a character ..

There is a fox for that already posted on these forums, use the search engine and you will find out
