space of pilgrimage - command failed

I cant go to that map, i get error as in topic. Any info how to fix it? or do i need to make some quest?

Same on the 10x/10x. Map is probably not active and what is the space of pilgrimage exactly? Just a new map or the 130 dungeon?

Someone in guild said you get 130 weps there but I doubt it as the map isnt active. What drops there equip wise or is it just higher lvl mobs o.o?
