Tatsuya word.
But the error message says that he cannot connect to the database because you deleted it.
You tried to reinstall the Client on your pc or the Sql Server ??
You should have a Panel for the Sql Server there you can create a new database...

Now you're hiding the connection info. That error occurs when SSMS cannot connect (locate or access) the server.

Part A -
1. Close any programs that are connected to your SQL server instance (the gameserver, authserver, management studio, etc.)
2. From the start menu ,select "All Programs" -> "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2" -> "Configuration Tools" -> "SQL Server Configuration Manager"
3. Right click on the option titled "SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)" and select "Restart"
4. Once the service has restarted, continue on to Part B

Part B -
1. Select "Windows Authentication" from the drop down selection.
2. Login to SQL Server
3. On the left-hand side, select "Security"
4. Under "Security", select "Logins"
5. Right click on "sa" and click "Properties"
6. Delete the contents of the input boxes labeled "Password" and "Confirm Password"
7. Uncheck "Enforce Password Policy" (if necessary)
8. Apply settings. When asked if you wish to set the password as blank still, select "Yes".
9. Right click on the instance name in left-hand side and select "Disconnect".
10. Click on the "Connect" button just above the left pane and select "Database Engnie"
11. Select "SQL Server Authentication" and fill in the login data ("SA"/"")

Tell me if you are having any issues.

Completely deinstalled the old server?
Use either another path or delete the old folder(s).
