I'd like to get back into the game. I want to CHEAPLY buy an account with a character of at least level 30. Shiva server is preferred, but I may be interested in higher level accounts for cheap since you can transfer right now.
Cheap to me for an account is $60 or less, and I prefer 40+ on Shiva.
