I hear people saying they're going to kill BG mobs that're like level 50... But the monsters I see there are like level 90~ Are there lower level monsters there?

Go explore the dungeon and u will find them, one thing u cant kill monster in human area.

The lower lvl mobs are behind the fortresses in battleground.. THere are NO dungeons in battleground.. Dungeons are outside Bg, and there is not a soul in them,.. so if you are new to the game.. find those.. =) Called for instance Old mine in orc. there is one for every race..
