u dont need heavens frag
because in Kr, u needed both to make armors (where u could use BG armor)
and here they added only hell frag...
We farmed 115 mobs and got hell frag too

he'll frag drops by 101boss . I killed 110 boss alone with my archer(not a joke to kill him having 2x 1200DOTs, -29cast/cooldown same time) and got nothing, just 3k lens. But many other said boss really does drop heaven frag. Heave Fragments really needed to get Weapn Q_Q.
Btw anyone dared to kill final boss so far. I believe there's secret reward for the group who will be the first killer of THE DEVIL.

I think the final lvl120 bosses (4 of them?) drop heavens fragment.
Also, this is logic, coz making weapons should be harder than to make armors (you need 100 hells fragment and just 20 heavens fragment per char)
