Need Leveling Source!

Hello :D me and my frends are searching for a leveling server to play like the old conquer days we will not make it as a public server just a private server for frends only we wanna setup the leveling server with PGAdmin 3 my question is some1 sells a leveling source or wanna give it free away? THX:D:D:D!!!

... My point was- you could just duplicate the source and change the rates.

no cuz it doesnt mave working monsters+npcs are not woking it have realy nothing it just a pvp server:P
