serverfiles+databases

well, i got the serverfiles and the dbfiles.
here they are:
serverfiles: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
dbfiles: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...](credits go to Haros)

now the thing is... if i change the "cert.joymax.com" to 127.0.0.1 i don't get any certificates for my globalmanager...
if i let it on "cert.joymax.com" the globalmanager freezes and then disconnects...
what am i doing wrong??

all ips are set to 127.0.0.1 and ports are all to 32000.
the sql server is running and the DSN is set up too.. what is missing? ^^

If you are using the certification manager with slyz.exe - make sure you edit the ips.ini ip's to 127.0.0.1 -

I have the cert manager working with the global, but then global stops complaining it cant connect to the account database... im still working on
that. :D

05/10/2008 16:30 silkbotter#4
i have set all to 127.0.0.1
my sylz.exe shows me that the globalmanager connected. but the globalmanager doesn't make anything else.. it's just there.. i can't see the things that haros is showing on his youtube video...
it doesn't make any error neither. it's just waiting to recieve the certification...

can u upoad your certificationmanager??

Wrong!! you need ms sql2000 version!!!

this is way too complicated to makle a tutorial!!
it would take hours to make and to set up the server.

if every noob asks how to set it up we will never get the server working.
i need some final infos to complete my setup. after that i would make atutorial for it.

sorry for calling some people noobs.. it was not quite my intention..
bu u really need some more skills to set it up because u have to install and configue a sql-server on your systems, set DSN names up through ODBC datasources etc...

and even if i'm abl to run the server like the other guy did, i dunno if i'm able to change the media.pk2 to play locally nor i know if the databases are complete.. it'S all pretty confuding and incomplete...
