That specific error appears when you do not have your opt's set for the correct External or Hamachi IP. This can also be caused by improperly forwarded ports.
Make sure your OPT's reflect the correct External/Hamachi IP for the Auth/Game server and make sure the ports are forwarded to the correct Local IP of your computer.
