Do you honestly look at the file before complaining? Lol, I could post a text file renamed to "mod_StatusEffects.dll" and you'd probably totally overlook the actual contents.

I must be pretty retarded, since what I can tell from this post is that it isn't the real mod. (Unless i'm basically being misled) Either way, whatever I try to find hidden in the file, I cant find anything, so I'm obviously missing the very obvious joke here or am just overthinking things.

It's indeed a legit animation module.
It's not the one I made though. (mod_Anim, the one that allows others to see the animation)

Oh, well when I run it with pake I just get an empty GUI with nothing in it, so whatever. I was assuming it would be something like Nabvuli. Either way, help me if you want to.

Not sure if i'm being trolled or not. I still don't know the story behind the supposed "GM Panel", but from what I read it just was asking for a ban when anyone used it.
