Das es pub gemacht wird war klar, das es schon pub ist, ist eigenartig.
Ich habe mal etwas ähnliches vor ner gewissen Zeit probiert, dennoch musste ich es aufgeben.

hey hab die 2019er game und wenn ich die .dif auf meine 48mb große game ausführe gehts irgendwie nicht nach einem reboot, ich komm zwar ins spiel rein und so aber gilde geht nur bis lvl 20

It's very dangerous to modify this part:
000BC598: 14 28

In assembly you change this istructions:
sub esp, 14h
add esp, 14h
The "14h" (20 decimal) that you see, isn't for the guild level.
esp, is the register containing the address of the top of the stack.
this statement is to save variable between function calls, to avoid the overwriting (of the variables).
then, in this case modification of this istruction, as well as dangerous, is unnecessary and occupies only more storage space (although very few).
Try the game, without that change

Irgendwie komme Ich auf meinem Server nicht über dem level 20 weiter hinaus obwohl Ich diese Dif auf meiner test 2019er eingespielt habe.. Es meint das die Gilde schon den max. level erreiicht hat.. Hat wer nen tipp oder so? Liegt das an der Client EXE?
