Need help with ECSRO

Ok so firstly the game runs fine for starters :) The problem is that when i make a character it only lets me use some random 12 english letters that i dont know what it is :confused:

Am i suppose to load the chinese media.pk2 because i am useing the english media.pk2 :confused:
