Request server Episode3-4[4rings slots] Based in EU

Hi every one my frends & me wanted to know If they have some server like this ?

Episode 3-4
Based in EU
No type-PREMIUM Mode .
No reborn

There are just a few Ep3 Server which are Elite Cabal / IPLAY UNLIMITED Cabal / GamesPirate Cabal / OG Realms Cabal. There might be one or 2 more.

Yeah but IPLAY UNLIMITED Cabal / GamesPirate Cabal / OG Realms Cabal are based in US ,
& we (EU players) can't play normal , force kick in combo , lags , disconnection etc...

there is a tutorial to fix the lags. After i fallowed this tut i was able to use fc in combo and my lags gone.

Re , I have unLocked some X Mb/s from PC , Unlocked by FAI etc I have only ,
12Mb/s Dowloads , 1Mb/s Upload , I can't even Force Kick & Play normaly in Those server that why I leaved those server (I played around 3-7 month all those servers ).
If yes you have those Tutorial show it to me , but I have to say one server based in US(with Nice X Mb/s Uploads )can't be better than one from EU (About ping stability for EU players) .

That why I wanted to know if yes they have some EP3 server based in EU , (Some of us havn't good connection [Mb/s thing] ) that can be helpfull for someone (I posted cause around 1-15 players or more asked me) .
& I wanted to know if any one wanted to creat those type of server (EP3+) .

Cabal EU suxed ( EP6 )
GamePirate Cabal suxed ( Lv.Max Rr.Max Nice Stuff = 2-3 shoots )
I Play Unlimited suxed ( GM corruption )
Elite Cabal suxed (Remember the mass cheaters )
OGRealms Cabal suxed ( Those community are realy bad , can't talk in english )
all same suxed . ( Undestood , They sell Stuff by Cash , Or Rebern)

If u want play in 1 sv europe play x-gaming ....dont have ah but have dungeon's :) NO LAG sv in romania

x-Gaming is OK.

It has alot of donators, that are MUCH more powerfull than a non donator (3 slot SSA) etc..

It has resets, I think without a cap...

He doesn't want reborns

Donators aren' t more powerfull than a non donators(if you farm coins you will have a 3 slots set without pay) >.<

Egain , I don't want Item shop , X Gaming are fullty donator .

You will 2-3 shoot in pvp with those part , my question is simple ,

We have Server EP 3-4 , No reborn , No Donation for stuff , Based in EU ?

1 I think all private servers have stuff in the item shop.
2 There are only ep 2 and ep 3 servers(Elite,IPU,SkyCAbal,GamesPirate).

P.s In CAbal Eu people will 2-3-4 shoot in pvp with 7 amp and good weapons XD
