what happend if mysql turn green but i cannot access to my db using navicat coz it said error 1045 password/yes like that . may i know what is the problem ?

i think it's Problem in Password off the Mysql then go to C:/windows
and delete my.ini file then restup the mysql and connect to it hope this will work
