Problems with IBOT license

After I used for half a year without any problems once my license is expired??:confused: I tried to contact support on this address [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] , and the answer was : pay license :mad: . I showed them proof of payment through paypal but still have not unlocked my license. Do you have any idea what happens? Any suggestions? Thx!
