thank you for the guide but not explain how to add a user and there have not downloaded a database and if any one can have you tell me what client version is compatible?

Look man. there is a thread named GUIDE which means GUIDE and a GUIDE will GUIDE you through the install.

Then there is a thread named SERVER COMMANDS and in this thread are - guess what - the SERVER COMMANDS and those COMMANDS will COMMAND the server doing stuff e.g. creating an account. WITH PICTURES.
