adding custom items:
its possible, but you cannot name them the way you want, until the client modifications are released.
adding an existent item to a character thats online:
look in the stickies, the command is posted there, but that character will be on max level, cause thats the only way that command will work. a workaround for that would be to use the item script i released and trigger #insert_item with a potion or something.
if you wanna insert item via db:
look in the stickies there is a workaround for those where the insert_item command doesnt work
