is elems on server side? can we edit it? since we can now upgrade elems is it possible to make +5atak ring into +20 atak ring or an +1 level skill elem turns into 20/20 a/a? hmm
elems edit anyone know?

You can modify the effect into anything you want. But it's only Client side as far as I'm aware.

tried it in a Wind Normal BracerD using CE i copy the hex codes of the Elemental Pliant Bracer to make it look like a Elemental with stats but it does not effect your base damage or whatsoever... definitely editing Elems is only client side.
