Open server_init.lua

Find:
Code:

   -- ¾Ï¿°±¤»ê ³²ÂÊÇÊµå °¡Áú¶ó
    respawn_rare_mob( -1, 60000, 147395, 72845, 33024, 1, 1 )
After you find the line above, below it add:

Code:
--Your Mob Name HERE (Helps you remember)
respawn_rare_mob( -1, Respawn Timer, x, y, mob id, how many, roaming)
DO NOT change the -1.
Respawn Timer Example - 600 = 6 Seconds
X - The Desired X position on the map
Y - The Desired Y position on the map
(the X, Y Position can be found by using the "/position" in-game via the chat box.)
Mob Id - The Desired Mob's ID
How many - How many mobs you wish to spawn in this area.
Roaming - 0 = No / 1 = Yes

Where as this function is very useful it doesn't accomplish what the OP has requested. No offense but the Server_init.lua is a much better route to go when spawning mobs that you want to stick around after restarts.
