Dekaron loading problem

I have this error that shows up after I loaded GameGuard :
<< error >> Can't Create Device { some numbers }
Is someone familiar with this one or can somebody just help me.
If you can please do, can't play the game because of this error loading up in a grey background.

Hmm, try deleting the other adress which contain :nprotect ... I dont know . Location :c/windows/system 32/drivers/etc/hosts . Edit hosts

I can't find a map /etc in my windows 98 you hava any idea where to find it ?

mm i tried to add a map etc and downloaded the hosts file but it doens't work, of course not.
I'll check on other forums if you have any idea please give.

found file, added american server (im european but couldn't find that one) but still the same error.
