It'd be better to find the PK2 blowfish keys and use a PK2 extractor, but one method you can use is to search for "DIV01" which usually marks the start of "divisioninfo.txt".

However, if the division name is different, like for most PServers, then there is no easy way looking through the hex view. You'd just be searching for an IP address or URL and it'd be very time consuming.
It'd be easier to get the GatewayServer IPs from connecting with Silkroad.exe or sro_client.exe. If you need AgentServer IPs, you can only get them once you login to that server.
